Swingers is an over 21's venue and so guests who are lucky enough to look under 25 years old may be asked to provide valid photo ID in it's original form on arrival.

On the day, you should arrive at Swingers no later than 15 mins before your time slot begins to get allocated a crazy golf tee off time (start time). Please note: your tee off time may not be until near the end of your chosen time slot. The earlier that you get to Swingers, the more tee-off times there will be available in your time slot for you to choose from. You are free to come as early as you like beforehand to enjoy our street food and bar.

Tickets are 80AED per person for one round of crazy golf. Crazy golf isn't compulsory, you can join us for street food and cocktails with no entry fee.

When you purchase your ticket you pick a time slot which is 90 minutes long. The time slot is not your playing time. On the day, you should arrive at Swingers no later than 15 mins before your time slot begins. You will be allocated a tee-off time on arrival. Your tee-off time could be near the beginning or end of your time slot. The earlier you arrive, the better the choice of tee-offs available.

Unfortunately not, guests must be 21 years old or over to visit Swingers.

To reserve a table or area you need to prebook one of our packages. You can do this by booking a package with a reserved area on our website, by speaking with our events team on enquiries@swingerscrazygolf.ae or fill out our enquiry form here.

We're not big into dress codes, we'd rather concentrate on having fun. We just ask that you come dressed for crazy golf and cocktails. We kindly ask that you don't come in beach or sportswear - however golf attire is always encouraged!

Swingers is wheelchair friendly, with a fully accessible crazy golf course. If you or a member of your group is a wheelchair user, please book your tickets online and contact us ahead of your visit to let us know you’ll need a slot on the accessible course. Please include your name and reference number in the email and we will make sure you are booked on to the correct course.

It varies depending on how busy we are. At peak times it will probably take 30 to 40 minutes to play 9 holes. When we are less busy, your round may be quicker.

We can validate up to 4 hours parking for you once you spend a minimum of 100AED at Swingers, the crazy golf club. Our parking zones are Blue and Purple on Bluewaters Island. Valet is also available.

Unfortunately Swingers online tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. However we do make an exception: if it is more than 48 hours before the date of your online booking and you book the same number of tickets on another date, we will refund your first online booking. Contact the venue you booked and we will email you a step-by-step guide. If you are unable to find another date to re-book then you can pass your tickets on to a friend to use, just give them your confirmation email or get them to check-in at Swingers using the name the booking was made in. Any online booking amend requests received within 48 hours of your booking date will not be accepted and no shows will not be refunded.

We keep a certain amount of tickets back every day for walk up which are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Arrive early to avoid disappointment!

Absolutely - crazy golf is not compulsory, just join us for street food and drinks! There is no cover charge and we will be open until late.

If you are running late please let us know by contacting our venue team and we will make every effort to fit you in to play (although this cannot be guaranteed and we can't give a refund).

When you make a booking, you should receive a confirmation email from Swingers. We sometimes find that confirmation emails can be blocked by work email filters (because of the word Swingers) or can go straight into your junk mail, so it's worth checking there before getting in touch. If you can't find your confirmation email, contact the venue with the email address that you booked with and as much information about your booking as possible so we can reissue the confirmation email.

No - you can just show it to us on your phone. If you can't do that then don't worry, we'll have your name on our booking list.

We have plenty of options to cater for guests with special dietary requirements. If you have a serious allergy or dietary requirement please make it known to a member of staff in the venue, who will be able to advise you on dishes.

Because Swingers is a busy bar and restaurant, it presents us with a number of challenges if guests bring their own food to the venue. For that reason we kindly request that guests don't bring food from outside for consumption in the venue.

Yes! We have a specially curated cocktail and drinks menu with highly skilled bartenders on hand to make up your favourite drink. After you've built up an appetite, we have some of Dubai's favourite street food vendors cooking up delicious dishes. Visit our food and drink page to check out the menus.

You can purchase food and drink packages on our website. On arrival to the venue you'll be handed vouchers which can be redeemed at the bar for your food and drink. For larger groups, you can purchase packages through our events team on enquiries@swingerscrazygolf.ae or make an enquiry through our website here.
